OGG and OPUS voice files to text
Voice messages are often saved as OGG, OGA or OPUS files. Upload such a file to voicy.bot and Voicy returns the text — no software, no converting.
What these files are
OGG, OGA and OPUS are the formats messengers keep voice messages in. A regular player on a computer often won't open them, but Voicy takes them as they are: no need to extract the sound or convert to MP3.
How to transcribe a voice message
- Save the voice message as a file.
- Log in to voicy.bot and upload the file.
- Read the text: click the time of a phrase and the voice message plays from there.
A Telegram voice message doesn't need saving: forward it to the bot @voicy and it replies with the text.
Example
A two-minute voice message becomes a short text:

Do I need to convert OGG to MP3?
