How to pay
Get Voicy Pro on voicy.bot after you log in, or in the bot @voicy with the /pro command. Pay by card in US dollars or euros; from Russia, by card in rubles.
The monthly plan renews by itself until you turn renewal off. The 6-month and 1-year plans are paid once and do not renew.
Questions
Does the subscription work on the site and in the bot?
Yes, if you log in to the site with Telegram: then the site and the bot share one account and one subscription.
How do I turn off renewal?
In the bot: /pro → Voicy Pro → «Turn off auto-renewal». Or write to support at @let_support. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellation and refunds are described in section 4 of the Terms of Service.
What happens when Voicy Pro ends?
You stay on the free plan: 3 transcriptions a day, and the first 3 minutes of a long recording.
